However, diameter expansion of round materials is easy to occur after straightening. 2. The deviation phenomenon seriously exists in the opposite direction. At this time, neither straightening roller can change the bevel angle, let alone increase or decrease the bevel angle simultaneously. Generally, a certain diameter (d) is used as the standard when designing the roll shape. When straightening round materials with diameters d to 2d, the bevel angle of the convex roller can be reduced or the bevel angle of the concave roller can be kept unchanged or the concave roller can be appropriately reduced.
