Reciprocating Rotary Joint is a movable joint used for swinging or rotating between steel pipelines, also known as a rotary swinging rotary joint or rotary pipe joint. It is supported by two rows of steel balls or bearings inside, rotating smoothly, and has a long service life as a dedicated seal. It is widely used in metallurgical steel, petrochemical industry, ship pipeline, rubber and plastic, paper and textile, power generation and power industry.
Product features:
1) Two rows of precision grade steel balls support, running smoothly without swinging.
2) High speed applications require optional imported high-speed bearings with dual supports.
3) Pre filled with bearing grease inside the bearing, maintenance free for life.
4) Special sealing ring, non-standard models can withstand up to 50Mpa pressure.
5) It can be combined with various types of active joints to meet the needs of complex spatial rotation and transmission media in on-site working conditions.
6) The main materials can be carbon steel, SUS304, SUS36L, aluminum alloy, etc.
7) This series of rotary joints can be customized with non-standard shapes
