The rolling mill gearbox is mainly used in high-speed wire, bar, profile, strip, plate and other steel rolling production lines. In the rolling mill transmission device, its function is to transfer and distribute the power of the motor to two or three rolling rolls, and meet the torque and speed required by the rolling mill through the reduction ratio. The production line adopts an alternate arrangement of the gearbox, so as to achieve continuous and non twisted high-speed rolling of steel billets.
The working characteristics of the rolling mill gearbox are low speed, heavy load, high impact load, frequent impact frequency, and continuous operation.
Our company has designed and manufactured various specifications of rolling mill gearboxes for nearly 300 bar and wire production lines both domestically and internationally, including horizontal rolling mills, vertical rolling mills, flat and vertical convertible rolling mill gearboxes, and matching umbrella gearboxes.
